• Refunds are granted only for non-delivery due to our fault, at our sole discretion. No refunds apply to completed work or custom services.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• The Website and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free operation, accuracy, or uninterrupted access.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Four B Online shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or Services, even if advised of such possibilities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Service in the past 12 months.
